2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Standard Products
For standard products that are readily available in our inventory:
- Cancellations requested before shipment will be accepted without any cancellation fee.

- We will confirm your cancellation request via email once processed.
2.2 Custom Products
For custom-designed or custom-manufactured products:
- Cancellations are accepted only if the production has not yet begun.
- If materials have been purchased or production has started, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellation fees are determined based on the stage of production and costs incurred, typically ranging from 25% to 100% of the order value.
- You will be informed of any applicable cancellation fees before the cancellation is finalized.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Return Eligibility
You may be eligible to return products purchased from RSA Elastomers under the following conditions:
- The product is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom-manufactured or custom-designed products made to your specifications.
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation by the customer.
3.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@rsaelastomers.com or call +1 234 567 890 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
- Pack the product(s) securely in appropriate packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
3.4 Inspection of Returns
All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. If a returned product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, the product may be refused, or a restocking fee may apply.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Processing
If your return is approved after inspection:
- We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
4.2 Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- The purchase price of the returned product(s), minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4.3 Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns:
- Standard products: 15% of the product price.
- Non-standard or special order products: 25% of the product price.
Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to our error.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
5.1 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving the product.
- Provide a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, include photographs.
- We may request additional information to evaluate the defect.
- If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5.2 Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered):
- Contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received.
- We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and shipping of the correct product, or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
- All shipping costs for returning the incorrect product and sending the correct product will be covered by RSA Elastomers.
6. Warranty Claims
